Abstract

The Skills Gap Analyzer is a mobile application system that allows users with the help of artificial intelligence to create and analyze their CV, identify missing technical skills based on the targeted job title requirements, and provide personalized course recommendations. The system also allows users to export the created CVs in both Word and PDF format.

The Skills Gap Analyzer system was compared to other existing solutions offering CV analysis or career-related tools. In comparison to these solutions, the proposed platform offers CV analysis and career-related services such as skill-gap detection and recommended courses, along with the CV generator and converter feature, and is based on the combination of job market data and AI technology. The proposed solution therefore includes more features than other existing systems.​

Conclusion

The Skills Gap Analyzer successfully achieved its objectives by providing AI-powered CV analysis, missing skills detection, course recommendations, and professional CV generation. The system demonstrated reliable performance and positive usability evaluation results.
